Add text to a shape

To add text to a shape:

• Right-click the shape and choose Add Text.

You can format the text using standard font format buttons on the Formatting toolbar or using font command keyboard shortcuts. To exercise extensive control over the formatting of the text, use format commands, particularly Font and Format AutoShape. These commands are available in the Format menu and in the popup menu when you right-click the shape.
