How do I enable/disable passwords when resuming from hibernate/standby?

A. In 'Q. How do I enable Hibernate on my machine?' we saw how to enable hibernate and said that by default upon restart you need to enter a password however this can be changed as follows:

1. Start the Power Options control panel applet (Start - Settings - Control Panel - Power Options)
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. Check/uncheck the 'Prompt for password when computer goes off standby'
