Edit a template

As discussed in the overview of templates, you will always be using templates to start a new document by choosing the File → New command, which generates a new document based upon the selected template. Sometimes, however, you might want to change the template itself. You must do that by opening the template itself.

1. Choose File ? Open.
2. Navigate to the location of your template.
3. Select the template.
4. Click OK.
5. Select the template.
6. Click Open.
7. Modify the template.
8. Click Save.
9. Close the template.
