Q: Can I run Microsoft Exchange or Lync in Azure IaaS?
A. At time of writing, running Exchange and Lync isn't supported in Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) or any IaaS by other companies. If you want hosted Exchange or Lync, then you should utilize Office 365, which provides the same services as a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, minimizing your administrative overhead.
