March 2014 Surface Pro Series Firmware and Driver Packs for Deployment Now Available

Whenever Microsoft delivers firmware and driver packs during its monthly patch schedule, not long after the company also makes them available for download so that Enterprises can deploy them methodically, according to corporate policy. Additionally, this allows Enterprises to deliver the most current images to new or rebuilt business Surface devices.

March's Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2 firmware and driver packs are now available for download from the Microsoft Download Center. Firmware and driver packs are cumulative, so if you get the latest, you get everything important. The firmware and driver packs are provided for Windows 8.0 (Pro and Enterprise) and Windows 8.1 (Pro and Enterprise). Firmware updates cannot be uninstalled or rolled back to an earlier version.
