Dr. Donald Shanfelt is an e-commerce release deployment project manager for WorldCom's Interact B2B Web portal product. He has more than 35 years of project management experience in the environmental, urban planning, energy, and IT/telecom arenas. In addition to a Doctorate in Management, he holds an MBA, and undergraduate technical degree, and a Project Management Professonal (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
